Keyboard test data
The keyboard tester runs locally in your browser. Individual key presses and typed characters are used in memory only to update the visual keyboard and test counters. They are not sent to our server, saved to a database, or used to record what you type outside this page. The in-memory test state disappears when you reset the test, reload, or close the page.
Diagnostic timing and combinations
The health, chatter, ghosting, rollover, and stuck-key diagnostics process event timing, currently held keys, release state, key combinations, and session results locally in temporary page memory. Raw keyboard events, key labels, timing histories, combinations, and typed characters are not transmitted to our server or persisted by these tools.
Standard web requests
Like any website, the hosting infrastructure must receive basic request information to deliver pages, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser user agent, date and time, and technical request headers. Hosting providers may retain security and access logs under their own operational policies.
Analytics and advertising
This implementation does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, Google Analytics, or Google AdSense. If those services are added later, this policy and the Cookie Policy must be revised to describe the actual data use and any choices available to visitors.
Cookies and local storage
The current site does not set application cookies and the keyboard test does not use local storage. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Pages we link to may have their own privacy practices. We may also preserve or disclose limited information when required by applicable law or necessary to protect the site from abuse.
